ENERGY KINESIOLOGY

Energy Kinesiology: Energy Kinesiology uses a hands on biofeedback tool called muscle monitoring (or energy/muscle testing) to identify energy blockages or imbalances that are disrupting the body's natural ability to heal itself.  Once the disruptions are identified, the practitioner assists the body in restoring balance and harmony by using various energy-based techniques that may include massage/ acupressure, meridian balancing, chakra and aura clearing, emotional stress release, core belief work, visualization, or movement exercies.
